Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays,
customs processing, or high order volumes.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation
email, please contact us at adamilles96@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your
package is lost in transit we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute
orders once they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect
address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
